Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, Venom Labs does not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any orders once they have been processed and shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged product or the incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product received
  • Description of the issue

Upon verification, Venom Labs may provide a replacement for damaged or incorrect products at our discretion.

Shipping Issues

Venom Labs is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before placing an order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled prior to processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded.
