At Venom Labs, we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly and securely as possible.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Venom Labs.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier's system.

Venom Labs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Venom Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Venom Labs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

Customers are encouraged to ship to a secure location and monitor tracking information closely.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
